Gambrel – Bennett Better Built Albemarle
The house matches the

This house was built by Tracy Swasey for his own family soon after he moved from his family’s farm in the Walden area to Montpelier to get work doing house repairs after the 1927 flood.
It stayed in the Swasey family until 2012(not correct date – I’m researching), and current owner is maintaining origin features as much as possible.
