This house was built in 1920(city records). I interviewed the previous owner of the house and she had done a lot of research on the origin of the house plan. She could only find minor differences between it and the Bennett Devonshire model and I am 90% sure it’s a match as well. She says the original detail over the front door was in place when she bought it but was replaced when it rotted. The chimney has details very like the Devonshire.

Bennett catalogues I’ve seen include the Devonshire in the 1930 and 1937 catalogues. I don’t see it in the catalogues from the 20s so maybe the build date in the City records is off. I think the sun porch was remodeled.
