Many people told me this little house set back from the street was a Sears kit house. I didn’t find it in any Sears catalogues, but finally I contacted the owners and the previous owners had said it’s a Montgomery Ward Wardway house, the “Kenmore” of all names! No winder people remembered it as a Sears.
